Bamikole Omisore, Special Assistant on New Media to President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki has challenged Sahara Reporters to provide evidence of bribery at the just concluded Code of Conduct Tribunal trial.

"Nigerians are smarter than this your "fake news"

"I challenge you to provide any evidence to this false accusation. U WILL DO ANYTHING FOR $$", Bamikole tweeted.

Recall that Sahara Reporters had in a series of tweets prior and after the judgement said the Senate President bragged among colleagues and politicians that his trial at the Code of Conduct has been settled and allegedly paid about 2 million dollars to bribe the judge.

The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) on Wednesday upheld the no-case submission made by the Senate President Bukola Saraki and discharged him of the false and anticipatory asset declaration charge levelled against him by the Federal Government.

The Tribunal Chairman, Danladi Umar while delivering ruling on Saraki's no-case submission held that the prosecution did not established a prima facie case against Saraki to warrant requesting the Senate President to enter a defence.
