Sporadic gunshots have been reported at the venue of the Lagos state governorship primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
According to PREMIUM TIMES, over a dozen police patrol vans and police officers, armed with AK 47 rifles are all over the venue. Tear gas has also been employed to scatter a group of area boys who gathered around the venue.
The major contenders for the PDP Lagos gubernatorial ticket are former minister, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, and Jimi Agbaje.
