As serious as this subject matter is, I cannot resist the urge to laugh out loudly. Counter-Terrorism? Who is going to teach this and with what facilities. Please... Please... Please... We have to cease deceiving ourselves in this nation of our. have they taught the children enough English and Biology and Physics? What was the rate of recent failures again? Have they taught them how to protect themselves from the deadly Ebola virus? This is at best, laughable.
