Osun Defenders have reported that the Nasarawa State House of Assembly will no longer hold any sittings until the security of the lawmakers is guaranteed.
This is coming as hundreds of youth stormed the Assembly on Tuesday throwing stones and other weapons at the lawmakers after the state governor, Tanko Al-Makura, appeared before the lawmakers following his summon.
Musa Mohammed, Speaker of the Nasarawa state House of Assembly addressed journalists in Lafia in the presence of the Nasarawa State Commissioner of Police.
