Justice Okoi Ikpi-Itam, Chief Judge of Cross River State is dead.
She died on Saturday, March 18 at the age of 63 after a brief illness. Cross River State Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade, paid a courtesy visit to the family immediately after his death; PM NEWS reports.
