Koko master, Dapo Oyebanjo, popularly known as D’Banj, has been sued to court for his inability to clear his debt.

D’Bang was sued for debt which runs in excess of N60 Million, and a Lagos State High Court Judge has signed a Writ of Summons to be pasted on the popular music artiste’s house in Lekki, according to several media reports online.

The creditor, the Vice Chairman of Broron Group and Vice chairman of Mindhub Technologues, Henry Ojogho, claimed that D’Banj via his firm DKM Media Limited, received a loan of more than N60Million from him, since January 2013, and has failed to pay back.

The first hearing of the case will commence on January 25, 2015 at the Multi-door Courthouse, Obalende, Lagos, according to reports online.

The Koko master, who recently succeeded in getting the number one citizen of Nigeria, President Goodluck Jonathan, to wear his customized Beats by Dre headphone, has denied all earlier allegations about his debt.

All eyes now seem to be on D’Banj, as music fans await his usual response of denial. January is just around the corner, it’s time for D’Banj to tell the story as it is.
