Concerned stakeholders of PDP members in Rivers State have called on the National Working Committee to use the relevant sections of the PDP constitution to dissolve what they described as the two-man docile working Committee of the PDP led by Felix Obuah and the Secretary Ibiba Walter and appoint an interim committee.
Spokesman of the Concerned Rivers State PDP stakeholders, Professor Israel Owate while briefing newsmen in Port Harcourt called for a fresh registration of the PDP members in the state and to produce authentic Party members before the next primaries.
Professor Owate condemned the attempt by the minister of state for Education to replace PDP with Grassroot Development Initiative, GDI, in the State.
