GOVERNOR Seriake Dickson yesterday returned to Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, after a two-week official trip to Lincoln University in the United States (U.S.), saying the opposition has adopted blackmail and propaganda to discredit his administration.

Dickson, who is apparently making reference to a rumour of his alleged arrest in London with $50 million, said though he will not be deterred by the series of lies and untrue reports being churned out by the opposition, the focus of the current administration is to make Bayelsa respected in the comity of states.
