An Abuja Federal High Court judge, Justice Ahmed Mohammed has denied claims by the House of Representatives that he had issued an order of interim injunction stopping the investigation of Petroleum Resources Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke.
Justice Mohammed has therefore summoned the House of Representatives to appear before the court on May 5 to explain whether indeed the lower legislative chamber received any order of interim injunction stopping it from going ahead with the probe.
