This is beyond weeping
The defeat of continent`s giant
Professional criers couldn`t again weep
As our soldiers were in their game beaten


Let the military barracks mourn
And let the nation taste no food
For where soldiers are slain without resistance
The nation security as weak as water be


Where vibrant soldiers are taken aback
Defenseless civilians there helplessly astern back
For defeat of soldiers anywhere—
Is but a defeat of a nation


But why were they massacred?
Were they in guns sleeping?
Were they in their posts afraid to die?
Far-fetched the answers to these may be


Where invaders the security of a nation—
In a mere attack silenced to death
The civilians of the nation—
Can without resistant anytime face death


The Military at crossroad helplessly be
When the center leaks secrets—
And ethics of profession compromised
Sabotage the war strategies defeats.


Farewell to the massacred soldiers
Your death history cannot contain
If in the umbrella of democracy you died so
How would you do in umbrella of pure war
