Sunday Oladele, a 41-year-old driver,was on Wednesday arraigned at an Ibadan Chief Magistrates' Court in Mapo on a charge of locking up a police officer in his car while resisting arrest.
According to police prosecutor, the accused drove away with policewoman, Roseline Ajala, and locked her up in the car before the accused was eventually apprehended.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Chief Magistrate Adams Adeshina admitted him to bail for N20,000 with one reliable surety. The case was adjourned to December 23. (NAN)
