U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) confirmed that the second nurse to be infected with Ebola at a U.S. hospital flew on a commercial flight the day before she reported symptoms.

CDC said on Wednesday in Washington that authorities were now reaching out to all the 132 flight's passengers.

It said the authorities were asking the 132 passengers from the Frontier Airlines flight to call the CDC to be interviewed.

CDC said the health care worker flew on a flight from Cleveland to Dallas on Monday and the next day went to the hospital with fever.

Meanwhile, the Frontier Airlines flight crew said the health care worker was not showing symptoms while on the flight.
