The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has called on youths in the north to shun violence and live in peace with their neighbors.
He spoke on Tuesday at the Kano government house during the traditional Hawan Nasarawa.
He advised adherents of the Islamic faith to practise the lessons of Ramadan for peace to continue to reign in the country.
