Senator representing Bayelsa at the national Assembly, Ben Bruce, has called on well meaning Nigerians and salary earners to pay 5 per cent tax from their monthly incomes to help President Mohammadu Buhari and APC government pay the N5000 stipend to unemployed Nigerian graduates.




Bruce, in a frequent tweets on twitter said it is not true that there is no database of unemployed Nigerians.
