By Onozure Dania Son of former governor of old Oyo State, Dr Victor Olunloyo, Akinkunle Olunloyo, was yesterday arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, for allegedly defrauding a financial institution to the tune of N40 million.
