Ex Education Minister and Leader of the Bring Back Our Girls Group BBOG, Oby Ezekwesili has said President Muhammadu Buhari couldn't connect emotionally with the Chibok parents when they met on Thursday.

There were reports that the president stormed angrily out of the meeting.

“You heard all the parents said at the meeting, is it because we are poor? Is it because we live in the forest? Is it because we live in the village? But that has no meaning in any society, there is no basis for discrimination on the basics of social status, political view, religious belief and other primordial device against any citizen.

"In the feedback from the President you can see clearly that the President feels that he has given his best in the efforts to rescue our Chibok girls, our President however was not able to emotionally connect to those crying mothers.

"That is an important attribute but we will continue to demand and we will take up the responsibility that the NSA has taken and we will make sure that we don’t stop until our girls are back and alive.”‎she said.

She spoke at the group's daily sit out at the Unity Fountain, after the meeting.

So, the NSA has taken up some kind of responsibility? Good. Is this not on behalf of the president and the nation in general? Should the president cry, "dia ris god o," before he shows his emotions?
