The National Assembly has postponed President Goodluck Jonathan’s budget speech in which he’s expected to propose spending limits as revenue falls to November 19th, Enyinnaya Abaribe, chairman of the Senate Committee on Information and Media said on Monday
The presentation, which was earlier schedule for Tuesday, was postponed because the Assembly has not approved the spending plan upon which it will be based and some lawmakers are attending a conference away from the legislature, Bloomberg reports.
