President Muhammadu Buhari is planning trips to Benue, Taraba, Zamfara and Rivers states, which have recorded different forms of violence in 2018.

Femi Adesina, special adviser to the president on media and publicity, disclosed this in a statement.

This comes weeks after the president was criticised for not visiting the states to sympathise with the people.
