A 40-year old pastor Benjamin Ndubuisi was nabbed in Aba by the police for having unlawful carnal knowledge of a 23-year old man named Ndukwe.
Investigations showed that the prophet whose church is at 89 Ukaegbu Road, Ogbor Hill had been sleeping with Ndukwe since he became a worker in his church.
The cat was let out of the bag when Ndukwe fell sick two weeks ago and confessed to his family the nature of the relationship he’s been having with the prophet.
Residents of Ogbor Hill insinuated that the prophet had engaged Ndukwe as a worker in order to have him around to satisfy his sexual urges and he also kept Ndukwe under oath to keep his lips sealed from the public.
Ndubisi, when arraigned before the court pleaded not guilty. He was offered bail in the sum of N200,000.
The case was adjourned to September 9 for further hearing. Ndubisi may be imprisoned for fourteen years if convicted.
