Some German scientists have invented a way to remote-control bull sperm through magnetic fields. The scientists at the Institute for Integrative Nanosciences, Dresden have trapped the sperm of a bull in nanotubes crafted from titanium and iron.

They were able to control the movement of the sperm using magnetic fields, and it is now believed that the sperm can be used in delivering drugs round the human body.

Oliver Schmidt, leader of the project, says that sperm is very useful in this case because they can swim through viscous fluids, are harmless to human beings and can power their own flagella by themselves.

In other news, the bull sperm international market appears to be booming. Last year, Iran received $2m worth of bull sperm from American firms, in spite of the ban by the Islamic Republic.
