Stakeholders in the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gombe State have threatened to form a parallel interim executive committee of the party if the party’s national leadership does not stop the leader of the party in the state, Senator Danjuma Goje from taking control of the party in the state.
The stakeholders while outlining the necessary steps to be taken by the national secretariat of the party for the APC to move forward in the state, said there is a need for a reconciliation committee to be set up so as to reconcile other stakeholders with Goje before members of the party can unite to achieve a common goal.
