Following the intervention of Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, suspended member of the House of Representatives, Abdulmumin Jibrin, Speaker Yakubu Dogara is set to reconcile with Speaker Yakubu Dogara and other principal officers of the House.
As part of the reconciliation efforts, the governor on Monday invited the Chief Whip of the House, Alhassan Doguwa, and Jibrin.
In the parley, he enjoined them to bury the hatchet and forgive one another, noting that unity and peace should always reign regardless of disagreements.
Also in attendance at the meeting were deputy governor of the state, Hafeez Abubakar and the state chairman, of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Abdullahi Abbas.
