(For applications submitted in manual forms)

1.
The license holder will obtain an application form from the VIO/BIR representative at the licensing office. The applicant will complete the form and submit it to one of the FRSC officers

2. The FRSC officers will capture the information on the form into the Drivers’ License application.

3. The Applicant will then need to make payment for the application at a bank using an application ID number which will be issued by the FRSC officer. Once payment has been made, the applicant will take the acknowledgement slip to the BIR officer in the licensing office for registration.

4. The applicant will then proceed to the VIO officer in the licensing office for screening and approval. After this, an FRSC officer at the licencing office will capture the applicant’s biometric information and issue a temporary drivers’ license which will be valid for 60 days.

5. The driver’s licence will be available for collection within the 60 day period.
