There was confusion yesterday when a bemused Deputy Governor of Bayelsa state, Rear Admiral John Jonah (rtd.) was denied his permanent voter’s card at his Nembe 1 constituency of Nembe Local Government Area by officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Jonah, who arrived the polling unit with his temporary voters card and scores of aides including Government House Press Crew, was shocked when he was told his permanent voter’s card is not unavailable.
