Business Is cattle business a personal or national business?

For many years in Nigeria; even before the emergence of President Buhari and even during the time of Former President Obasanjo, farmers and herders have never agree; which has resulted to a condemnable situation and there seem not to be an end to this ugly development until owners of these cattle take full responsibility or government enforce a law that can force them to take full responsibility.

It is a private business of national interest. The issues now appear that there is little or no regional trust as politicians look for ways to sure up their base. It is important that the government listen to all stakeholders and come up with a diplomatic plan.
