He said N500 million was spent on furnishing the complex, while about N800 million was spent on external work, including landscaping, car slots and beautification.

"The total of N1.3 billion was however spent after the construction of the complex, which gulped N1.2 billion, totalling N2.5 billion.’’

According to him, the building is one of the achievements of the judiciary sector in the state.

He lauded Gov. Sule Lamido for the efforts in strengthening the institution.

The chief judge said the state government recently renovated 32 sharia courts across the state and trained judges and registrars of various courts in the state.

He commended the cordial relationship among the arms of government in the state, stressing that justice was made available to all and sundry.
