Sports Juan Mata Voted Man Of The Match As United Go Top Of EPL Table

Manchester United have overthrown city rivals, Manchester City at the top of the English Premier League table after an emphatic 3-0 victory over Dick Advocat's Sunderland on Saturday.


The Red Devils, who are in Red Hot form took advantage of City's slum to Tottenham Hotspur, as the former league leaders were beaten 4-1 at the White Hartlane.

Memphis Depay, Wayne Rooney and Juan Mata were all on target for Louis van Gaal's side at the Old Trafford as they rose to the top spot for the fiirst time since Sir Alex Ferguson retired as the manager of the club.

Meanwhile, Spanish playmaker, Mata has been voted man of the match after his 90th minute goal and an assist earlier in the game.
