Justice Abdul Kafarati of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, disqualified himself from a suit seeking ‎to stop the ongoing trial of the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, before the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.
