Chairman of Kano Pillars,Ibrahim Galadima,has revealed that the club’s coach,Baba Ganaru Mohammed is rapidly responding to treatment and being stablised,following his unconsciousness,after he and his assistants were involved in an accident on Thursday.
The vehicle of Kano Pillars technical crew,was involved in a ghastly motor accident on Thursday,when they were returning to Kano,after their Federations Cup game against Warri Wolves.
The accident happened around Gangarida,Ikara Local Government Area of Kaduna State,killing a roadside mechanic, as the coaches made their way from Ilorin to Kano.
“The coaches are responding to treatment and I must say that they have made some impressive recovery between yesterday (Thursday) and today (Friday),” Galadima told the News Agency of Nigeria(NAN)
“We’re all being hopeful and prayerful toward their quick recovery.”
“We’ve been told by the doctors that their conditions have been stable, but we cannot say when they will be discharged from hospital; the doctors will decide when,” Galadima said.
