Sports Keshi makes six changes in Nigeria's starting 11 vs Congo

In just under four hours, the Super Eagles of Nigeria will file out for their first game of the 2015 African Nations Cup qualifiers against Congo.

Coach Stephen Keshi has made six changes to the starting eleven that played Nigeria's last game against France at the 2014 FIFA World Cup tournament in Brazil.

Elderson Echiejile,Nnamdi Oduamadi are the two players in the starting eleven, who weren't part of the 23-man squad that played at the World Cup.

While Uche Nwofor is getting a rare start for the Super Eagles in attack, after making impressive appearances as a substitute.

Emmanuel Emenike paid the price of a dismal World Cup campaign, with Keshi dropping him in preference to Nwofor.

It is equally nice seeing Ogenyi Onazi and Godfrey Oboabona back in the starting line-up,after sustaining injuries at the World Cup playing for Nigeria.

Starting 11( 4-3-3 formation):

Austin Ejide; Efe Ambrose,Kenneth Omeruo,Godfrey Oboabona,Elderson Echiejile; Ogenyi Onazi,John Obi Mikel, Ramon Azeez; Ahmed Musa, Nnamdi Oduamadi, Uche Nwofor
