Leader of #Chibok women protesting the abduction of over 200 school girls by #BokoHaram, Naomi Mutuah, has been released by the police this afternoon.

She was reportedly arrested and first detained by Police at the Asokoro police station after a meeting with the First Lady, Patience Jonathan was freed by Police authorities at the Force Headquarters.

According to reports from #Daily Trust, another protester, Hosea Abana said has seen Naomi Mutuah after her release, but didn't say anything more on the circumstances of her release.

He added that Saratu Ndirpaya, another active protester was released in the early hours of Monday morning

When contacted the spokesperson of the FCT Police Command DSP Altine Daniel said, “I am not aware, but looking into it to find out the true detail of what happened.”
