The Coalition of Lagos Youths under the aegis of The Ambassadors has lauded President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing a true indigene of Lagos State, Mrs Abike Dabiri-Erewa as the Senior Special Assistant on Foreign Relations and Diaspora Matters.
In a media briefing addressed by its coordinator, Mr Azeez Ahmed,the group pointed out that the appointment is a major victory in building diplomatic relations with foreign countries based on her past experience as the Chairman House Committee on Diaspora Matters.
The group which comprises of youths from different political parties further eulogized the President for rewarding a competent person that understands the progress and challenges encountered by Nigerians living abroad.
