Super Eagles coach,Stephen Keshi has said that they have to forget about their victory over South Africa and focus on the 2014 World Cup qualifier against Malawi.
Nigeria will on September 7,host Malawi in Calabar for a place to make the last stage of qualifiers,but will have to at least secure a point in the game to go through to the playoffs.
Keshi speaking after the 2-0 victory on Wednesday,said that his Super Eagles team is beginning to take shape,adding that the priority is to defeat the Flames of Malawi.
“It it’s about the unity of the team. How we played and the attitude of the players in the match against South Africa.”
“But the most important game for us is on the 7th of September against Malawi. The match in against Bafana Bafana is a great reunion factor for us. We must now to build our confidence to go on and get ready for that game against Malawi.”
