Police men in Uganda have arrested a 21-year-old man who reportedly beheaded his 7-year-old brother so he can use his head to get rich. The incident happened in Uganda.
According to NTVUganda, the man identified as Herbert Were beheaded his brother, Joel Ogema both residents of Busia district on the Kenya-Uganda border.
The police revealed that Were confessed that he beheaded his younger brother after being instructed to do so by a member of Illuminati in Kampala..
A friend close to Were said he connected to the Illuminati fellow on facebook, who told him that if he wanted to get rich he should take him a head of a human being. Later they started communicating on phone.
Police has arrested a Kampala music promoter, Jeff Kiwanuka in connection with the murder on suspicion that he was the Illuminati fellow who gave Were instructions.
