Olalekan Adetoyinbo, a 35-year old man has been remanded in Ilesa prison for allegedly beating his brother to death.
According to the police inspector,Inspector Isiaka Ajadi, "The accused intentionally raised a building block and hit one Ayodele Adetoyinbo after a series of argument.
"Immediately the block hit the deceased on the head; he fell down and died on the spot, the neighbors gathered and handed the accused to the police.
The accused did not make a plea. The case was adjourned to Jan. 4 pending receipt of the Director of Public Prosecution’s advice.
