Miss South Africa, Rolene Strauss, has been crowned winner of the Miss World 2014 beauty pageant, held at the Excel Arena, London.

Rolene Strauss, who is the second South African to win the Miss World pageant, but the third to hold the title, was born on 22 April 1992.

While she was only eight years old, in year 2000, she witnessed the crowning of Jo-Ann Strauss as the new Miss South Africa.

At that early age, the super model imagined herself been crowned as Miss South Africa, and in year 2014, she was actually crowned.
