The Nigerian Navy has arrested six persons, who apparently attempted to pull a distressed barge loaded with crude oil.
The suspects were arrested while using a tug boat to recover the distressed barge and a naval team on routine patrol spotted the barge, identified as MV LILA. Thus, investigations into the case have already begun.
