The Nigerian social-business tech start-up has gotten $6000 in seed fund, and will be rebranding as Termii Networks early next year.

The website formerly called Friendzdiary.com was created by Unilag and OOU alumni Gbolade Emmanuel and Okoli Kelvin. They say they have successfully raised the seed money from a managing partner of MESSR SEGUN AND SEGUN, a law firm in Lagos.

According to the founder, Gbolade Emmanuel and the CEO, David Amobi, the site will rebrand next year with its apps for Android, BlackBerry and iPhone.

The platform is designed for networking and allows businesses and social networks to interact with each other. It allows for photo sharing and comments. Friendzdiary.com was founded last year.
