Lieutenant General Buratai, who is the chief of Army staff, has stated that only the Federal Government can declare Nnamdi Kanu wanted.
While opening the Third Quarter Nigerian Army Conference in Abuja, he said:
The Federal Government will take the final decision on that,” he told reporters after the event where he appraised the performance of the Nigerian Army in peace operations.
“There are guidelines provided in the Anti-Terrorism Act; So, I’m sure the relevant government agencies and authorities will take steps whether to arrest or to take any other action
