Chairman of Hogan Guards Limited, Dr Kola Ibirogba, a Forensic Psycho-physiologist and Certified Polygraph examiner, who has been in the business of security for 33 years, has indicated that it is possible for Nigerian government to save billions of Naira by protecting its pipelines with the right security tools.

According to Dr Ibirogba, the pipeline protection challenge the country is being faced with can be properly managed if the appropriate technology is deployed. He said that at minimal cost to the Government and in collaboration with its partners in the United State, Hogan Security can fix some of the problems affecting the country today.

With decades of experience in constructing pipeline monitoring, wide area computers and radio networks, Hogan Security can provide a cost effective technology with central monitoring system for the Federal Government, which can also be deployed to monitor the activities of the Boko Haram sect in some part of the country.

He recommended that the service will be useful for a number of agencies, among them are: security Agencies, LASTMA, Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Nigeria Aviation Handling Company, NAHCO, Aviation companies, Embassies, Higher institutions, State Governments, Financial institutions, Oil & Gas companies, Insurance companies, Courier companies etc.
