State governors are still spending billions of naira from public funds on foreign trips in the name of seeking foreign investors, despite the cash crunch facing their states.
Some of them, whom are still owing up-to 3 to 5 months workers' salaries expended state funds on junketing overseas in search of foreign investors.

The least traveled governors include:
Abdulfatah Ahmed - Kwara State – said to have traveled only once since May 2015.
Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe, was in China on September 1, 2015 and rarely traveled outside the shore of Nigeria except to Saudi Arabia to perform lesser hajj.

Samuel Ortom of Benue - USA and China since May last year
Ayodele Fayose – Ekiti
Yahaya Bello - Kogi
Ben Ayade - Cross River
