Metro Nigeria to Extradite a Citizen Back to the U.S for Terrorist Charges

The United States Government has requested the Nigerian Government to extradite Lawal Olaniyi Babafemi, A Nigerian living in the U.S, who fled home earlier this year to avoid arrest.

The U.S embassy in Nigeria said that Babafemi provided supports for the Al-Qaida terrorist group, and had been given the task to recruit people in Nigeria for the group.
