The acting General Officer Commanding 3 Division of the Nigerian Army, Brig. General Elvis Njoku has said that they are ready and capable of tackling insecurity challenges in all geo-political zones, ranging from Boko Haram in the North-east, Cattle rustling in the North-west, Niger Delta Avengers in the South-south and IPOB and MOSSOP in the South-east.
He stated this during the opening ceremony of Operations Planning Cadre at 3 Division Auditorium Maxwel Khobe Cantonment, Rukuba in Jos yesterday.
He added that the cadre was designed to sharpen the skills of the men of the division and sister security agencies so as to have a collective effort in tackling insecurity in Nigeria.
