Former Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Dahiru Musdapher, has said that Nigerian laws, which were made by the colonialists, have outlived their usefulness.
The former CJN therefore called on the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) to ensure the tinkering of the nation’s laws, especially the penal and criminal codes, to meet up with present realities.
