Nigeria Property Centre released a list of the most popular places for renting a three-bedroom apartment in Lagos. The data was collated from their website and presented in an infographic.
According to the website, the 10 most expensive places to shop for a 3-bedroom apartment (for rent) are:
Ikoyi - 6,750,000
Yaba - 3,000,000
Magodo - 18,000,000
Victoria Island (VI) - 4,000,000
Lekki - 11,200,000
Ikeja - 8,000,000
Ojodu - 7,000,000
Maryland - 6,500,000
Isolo - 5,000,000
Gbagada - 3,500,000
Nigerian Property Centre also listed Ikoyi as the most expensive place, with a 3-bedroom apartment going for as high as N45 million naira. Badagry came as the cheapest, costing N180,000.
