Politics Nigerian Senate Urges Security Operatives To Apprehend Killer Herdsmen

Nigerian Senate on Wednesday urged the security agencies to apprehend people who also disguise as herdsmen and destroy properties.

The Senate also condemned the criminal activities among cattle herdsmen.



This came in response to Senator Clifford Ordia's point of order and cites order over the raping and killing of 2 women from his constituency by Fulani herdsmen.

Senator Francis Alimikhena urged the Senate on the need to stop the violence of the Fulani Herdsmen.

The Senate observed a minute silence in honour of the victims.
