How much do Nigerian churches contribute to the country's $510 billion Gross Domestic Product? We'll never know as they are listed as charity organizations and don't show their books to anyone and aren't taxed by the government.

Nevertheless, these churches own business empires, employing tens of thousands of people and raking in tourist dollars, as well as exporting Christianity globally.

These Mega churches contribute a significant amount to the country and Africa as a whole, and without them, Nigeria's economy won't be where it is now.
