The Catholic Bishop of Ekiti Diocese, Most Rev Felix Ajakaye, yesterday cautioned politicians in Ekiti State that there was no room for politics of rascality in the state anymore.
Rather, the cleric, who is a delegate to the ongoing National Conference, said “what obtains in Ekiti now is politics of renewal. Politics of renewal promotes development and good government.”
Rev. Ajakaiye, who said that the presence of some bad elements in politics does not make it a dirty game, spoke yesterday in a sermon during a thanksgiving service at St. Martins Catholic Church, Isan Ekiti.
