The ongoing activation exercise which mainly holds during weekends in Lagos, commenced in April at Ikeja City Mall, followed by The Palms Lekki Shopping Mall sees active brand ambassadors engaging & attending to customers enquiries at the stands.
Since the commencement of the WOW EFFECT Mall activation which is also part of the company’s groundbreaking WOW promo that kicked off in April, the Nobel Carpets stand at this separate locations have continued to witness a beehive of activities playing host to a multitude of customers who have come to check out the new designs while placing on-the-spot orders.
Speaking at one of the stands, the National Sales Manager , Nobel Carpet & Rugs, Mr. Hemant Nahar explained the reason behind the WOW EFFECT Mall activation exercise, as he said, “rendering a service of utmost value is one passion we guard jealously and would spare no stone in ensuring that our growing customers are ultimately satisfied”.
He continued, “It is often the little details of extra satisfaction you give customers that they recall and retain. Little details that they notice, makes them feel good about not only making a one off purchase, but also a memorable experience that makes them want to come back for a repeat purchase”.
“That is why any request made at the stands, is treated with special attention, for example a customer who walks in to our stand to check out our designs and possibly places an order or indicates interest, eventually will enjoy the luxury of getting a call from us while having the chosen product delivered to his house. It doesn’t end there; he or she is also assisted in having the rugs professionally laid to his taste, in essence our representatives would continue to follow up until the customer is fully satisfied.
