Nollywood Actress Set to Do War Against Child Abuse

Tricia Esiegbe-Kerry, the acclaimed Nollywood actress and talkshow host, revealed in recent news of her decision to do battle against child sexual abuse in Nigeria. Bold Faces International, the foundation run by the media personality, is set to enlighten the Nigerian public on the dangers of paedophilia and their children.

The Psychologist, a public awareness programme run by Bold Faces International, has been released.
Tricia Esiegbe-Kerry says that The Psychologist aims in, ‘’preventing the sexual abuse of children and to encourage victims of child sexual abuse to come out and tell their stories via our television talk-show programme. We intend to use the platform of ‘The Psychologist” to address child sexual molestation in our society, to expose sexual predators and create a support platform for victims of child molestation, and to get the authorities to do more to support our children”.

A 30 minute talk show programmed designed for television viewing is also reported to feature a segment titled "Brave Seat of Change" which intends to feature the real life stories of people who have gone through the trauma of child molestation whilst growing up in Nigeria.
